Hyderabad: IT Minister of Telangana, , K.Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) urged centre to reinstate ITIR project which was pending for 10 years. In a letter to the Centre, the minister said that project was designed in 2008 and sanctioned in 2010 for two cities, Hyderabad and Bangalore. It is intended to promote the IT investments in the country and for this 49,000 acres land was identified in three clusters, KTR said in letter. Land acquired is as per norms of both brown field and green field and space developed will boost the set up of their development centres as per IT Minister.

Amravati: AP Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy will reconstruct temples which were demolished during TDP’s rule from 2015 to 19. The figure is more than 800, but Jagan will perform bhumu Pooja for nine temples on Friday. They include Rahu-Kethu temple, Anjaneyaswamy temple, Sri Seethamma Vari Paadaalu, Dakshinamukha Anjaneyaswamy temple, Saneeswara swamy temple, Sri Saasanjaneya Swamy vaari temple, Boddu Bomma, Sri Veera Babu Swamy temple and Gosala Krishna temple.
Hyderabad: New TPCC Chief will be announced only after Nagarjuna Sagar by-poll as per Telangana Congress in-charge Manickam Tagore. As per him, the request by veteran leader K. Jana Reddy to defer the decision till the by-poll was considered favourably by the party high command.
Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) had diagnostic tests at Yashoda Hospital after he complained of cough and burning sensation in chest. After preliminary tests, his personal physician M.V Rao has suggested CT- Scan and MRI for lungs. KCR had CT- scan and reports showed mild infection and nothing to worry much about it, according to the doctors. CM left for Pragathi Bhavan after doctors advised him to take rest for a few days.

Hyderabad: Former Minister and TDP leader Bhuma Akhilapriya was arrested by Hyderabad police on Wednesday morning in connection with the kidnap case of former hockey player, Praveen and his brothers. The main reason for the kidnap is the 50 acres land located at Hafeezpet in survey no. 80, worth of hundreds of crores of rupees.

Hyderabad: In early hours on Wednesday, Bowenpally police arrested former TDP Minister Bhuma Akhilapriya in connection with kidnap of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR)’s relatives. She was moved to Gandhi hospital for health check up before presenting her in front of Magistrate. High drama went on at Gandhi Hospital when Akhilapriya fainted while tests were being conducted. After thorough tests, doctors clarified, the fainting was due to weakness and all is well with her.
Hyderabad: In a dramatic turnaround of kidnap case that took place on Tuesday night, police arrested Bhuma Akhilapriya, TDP leader, in Kukatpally here. Her husband Bhargav and his brother were on flee with search operations going on for them. As per sources now, the kidnap is related to land issue settlement of 50 acres at Hafeezpet worth of hundreds of crore.
