Predicting the Bharatiya Janata Party's defeat in the current Lok Sabha elections, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said on Tuesday that there is gloom on the faces of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other BJP leaders.

Owaisi told reporters that the BJP would not be successful in making the government again and the party would be defeated everywhere.

He said, 'The Prime Minister and other BJP leaders have been feeling depressed in the face of the results, they will not be as per their expectations, they are misinterpreting that the defeat in Uttar Pradesh will be compensated by West Bengal and Odisha, which is not going to happen. They are going to lose all seats in India.'

AIMIM leader said that regional parties will play a key role in the formation of government in the centre.

Owaisi's party, AIMIM, is a cooperative party of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS).

He said that the TRS president and the Chief Minister of Telangana Chandrasekhar Rao are moving in the right direction to form a federal front.

Owaisi, Kerala's Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and DMK leader M.K.Stalin regarding meeting with KCR from Stalin, he said, 'No one knew about the federal front till yesterday.' Today they are seeing it as an alternative, it would be good for the country. "

Owaisi claimed that the TRS chief is answering those people who have been questioning their secular credentials.

On being asked if KCR would support the Congressional coalition, would he support this alliance, he said, 'wait till May 23, I can not answer the fictional questions.'
