Aam Aadmi Party leader Bhagwant Mann has filed his nomination from the Sangrur Lok Sabha seat of Punjab on Friday. Manna has levelled his contest against Kewal Dhillon from Congress and Parminder Dhindsa of Akali Dal. Mohali resident Mann has declared assets worth Rs 1.64 crore in his affidavit.

He has declared movable and immovable property worth Rs. 38.27 lakh and movable assets worth Rs. 1.26 crore. According to the affidavit, he has cash of Rs 25 thousand. Mann has two vehicles, worth Rs 11.87 lakh and 8.50 lakh rupees.

The 45-year-old sitting MP from Sangrur, who is divorced, has declared 95 gram of gold jewellery worth Rs 3 lakh. He also has a gun which is valued at Rs 20,000, according to the affidavit.

In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Mann had won the Sangrur seat with a record margin by defeating SAD candidate Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa
