CEC has taken action against 6 officers in Andhra Pradesh

The Central Election Commission has ordered to take immediate action against six officials in the Andhra Pradesh assembly elections on charges of negligence on election duty. The Election Commission has ordered to take immediate action against ROs of Nuzividu, Sullurupeta, Kovvur.

At the same time, a suspension has been dropped on the ARO. The Election Commission has already suspended the case against RO and ARO of the Nellore District's RO and ARO.

Also, after the discussions with the senior officials of the office, the TDP's MLAs, Ministers and in-charge of the supervision of Chandrababu, a list of Election Officers were prepared.

Chandrababu has sent a report to the Election Commission of India by selecting his or her favourable candidate as the election officer. In view of this, the Central Election Commission has also ordered action against them, expressing resentment over the officers who have been negligent in electoral duty.
