In between the speculations of an alliance between Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party, Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party leader, Arvind Kejriwal lashed out at former CM Sheila Dikshit-led Congress government on Tuesday saying that he would not have had to launch a new party (AAP) if she had run the government well.

While addressing a public rally, Kejriwal said, "Many people say that Sheila ji also used to run the government in Delhi in the same condition. But she did not run the government well. If she was working well then we did not have the need to float a new party. From schools to hospitals, everything was in bad condition in her regime."

Taking a dig at the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Kejriwal said that BJP government left no stone unturned to stop his work. He gave the example of his party wanting open new schools, construct hospitals and Mohalla Clinics, but the saffron party not letting them do it. He also called out at the Modi government for not passing the file related to CCTV camera installation in Delhi.

Kejriwal further expressed his annoyance while saying that the party has to take permission from the central government for every work despite the fact that every state has full powers but not Delhi.

He added that If (BJP) they come to power, they will again do the same in the next five years.

The Delhi government party has announced its candidates for seven parliamentary seats in Delhi.
