Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch several development projects in Varanasi, Kanpur and Ghaziabad districts of Uttar Pradesh today.

Mr. Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Varanasi, the Prime Minister will first visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple at Varanasi and lay the foundation stone for the renewal of roads and revamp of projects to Kashi Vishwanath Temple.

He then will attend education, housing drinking water, sanitationMeet, 2019 at Deendayal Hastkala Sankul at his Parliamentary constituency.

After the meet, PM unveils the Panki Power Plant in Kanpur, an establishment of new 660-megawatt electricity generation and distribution unit. He then will inaugurate the Lucknow Metro Rail Project.

The PM then proceeds to Ghaziabad where he will inaugurate Dilshad Garden - Shaheed Sthal Section of Metro. This elevated metro corridor section has eight stations and provides a convenient mode of transport for people in Ghaziabad and New Delhi.

Prime Minister will also inaugurate the Civil Terminal at the IAF Center at Hindon. Domestic flights operated by this new civil aviation terminal located at Hindon will benefit the passengers of Western Uttar Pradesh and National Capital Region.

Modi will also have the foundation of Via Ghaziabad High Speed and High-Frequency Rail-based Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) between Delhi and Meerut.

Prime Minister will also inaugurate various development projects related to education, housing drinking water, sanitation and dirty channel management in Ghaziabad.
