Former TDP MP P. Ravindra Babu from Amalapuram of Andhra Pradesh joined YSR Congress party in presence of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Monday.

On this occasion, Ravindra Babu said that Chandrababu Naidu and his TDP party is trying to deceive the people of the state once again in the name of 'Dharma  Poratam'. He also said that until Chandrababu Naidu remains the Chief Minister, nothing good is going to happen for Andhra Pradesh and its people. He said that corruption is ruling everywhere under the rule of Chandrababu Naidu and during his tenure, only one community has developed. He also accused Chandrababu Naidu of turning down the demand for special status.

It is said that Ravindra Babu is very displeased with TDP chief and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu for not giving a ticket to him from Amlapuram Lok Sabha constituency.

Apart from this,  Avanti Srinivasa Rao had recently joined the YSR Congress party after resigning from Anakapally MP's post and TDP's primary membership. In this order, around 40 TDP leaders of Gidaluru in Prakasam district joined in the YSR Congress party in presence of coordinator Anna Rambabu on Monday.

As the elections are coming closer, the participation of the TDP's disgruntled leaders to join the YSR Congress party has already begun. YS Jagan is inviting only those leaders who have resigned from TDP membership and posts.
