Former Minister Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy breathed his last breath

YS Vivekananda Reddy, brother of late chief minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy passed away today morning at his home in Pulivendula due to a cardiac arrest. He won from Pulivendula assembly constituency twice (in 1989 and 1994) and represented Kadapa Lok Sabha in the parliament twice. In 2009, he was elected as MLC and was given the portfolio of Agriculture Minister after YSR passed away in Kiran Kumar Reddy cabinet. He then later resigned to Congress party and joined YSRCP.

Also, a  complaint has been filed in the police station on the sudden death of Mr YS Vivekananda Reddy. Due to the injury on Vivekananda Reddy's head, his PA Krishna Reddy has filed a complaint in the police station. When Vivekananda Reddy died, he was in his Pulivendula residence at that time.

This has led to many doubts. Based on the complaint received by the police, his PA Krishna Reddy has filed a suspected death case. The postmortem of Vivekananda Reddy is in process.H e was survived with wife Sowbhagya and daughter Veronica.
