Executive Chairman of the Telangana Rashtra Samiti KTR accused Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu of being directly involved in the sensational case of stealing personal information of about three and a half million people. He further condemned Chandrababu Naidu for accusing the Telangana government in this controversy.

A resident of Kukatpally, Lokeshwar Reddy complained to the Telangana Police authorities about data breach regarding his personal information by a private entity in Hyderabad. Regarding this, Lokeshwar Reddy resident of Kukapapalli complained to the Telangana police. According to the KTR, the Telangana police took action on the basis of Lokeshwar's complaint and there is no malice or intervention of the Telangana government. The Telangana Police is conducting investigations under sections 66 and 72 of the IT Act.

The app has personal information of 3.5 crores AP voters. The moment this criminal act came to light, Chandrababu Naidu alleged on the Telangana State government, accusing it of colluding with the YSRCP and PM Modi.

KTR responded to  Chandrababu's allegations that an action has been taken against Hyderabad's IT company, which was given the responsibility of making an app for TDP. 

KTR further cautioned the people of Andhra Pradesh to be wary of Chandrababu Naidu who has compromised on their personal information so brazenly. He also demanded to know how the Andhra Pradesh police could block the Telangana police from probing IT grid company.
